N\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 90 aux \u00c9tats-Unis, il est aujourd\u2019hui reconnu en France et encadr\u00e9 par la FMMAF. Le combat debout (<em>pieds-poings<\/em>)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspir\u00e9 de la <strong>boxe anglaise<\/strong>, du <strong>kickboxing<\/strong> ou du <strong>muay tha\u00ef<\/strong>, ce domaine regroupe toutes les frappes autoris\u00e9es avec les poings, les pieds, les genoux et les coudes. Le combat au sol (<em>grappling \/ jiu-jitsu<\/em>)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au sol, le pratiquant apprend \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler, \u00e0 se d\u00e9fendre et \u00e0 attaquer.
